This Scone recipe was given to me by one of our gorgeous returning guest. And can be whipped up for that unexpected visitor.
A scone is a little bit of “Heaven” in your hand that originated in Scotland in the early 1500s. So it has been around for ‘many a year’.
So easy!!! Give it a go!!!
3 cup self-raising flour
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
jam of your choice
Now for the best part – just whip up some cream, maybe adding a little vanilla or icing sugar, then choose your favourite jam and put on the kettle.
